The steps for adjusting your glasses
Check your glasses
Look at the various parts of the frame and find the loose screws, usually the screws where the temples connect to the frame.
Tighten the glasses screws
Place the screwdriver on the screw and carefully loosen it by turning it counterclockwise. Then tighten the screw clockwise, making sure not to overtighten it and damage the screw or the frame. Generally, you can stop when you feel some resistance in the screw.
Test glasses
After tightening, you can gently shake the glasses to make sure the screws are no longer loose. If the temples are still loose, repeat the above steps.
Check glasses lenses
If the connection between the eyeglass frame and the lens is loose, you can gently adjust the screws to make it more secure to the lens.
