I initially ordered these and I provided my Rx, but in the order I accidentally inverted two numbers. To my disappointment, when I got them I could not see!! I brought it up to customer service and they caught my error and sent me a new pair with the corrected Rx!! I was impressed. The glasses are now perfect..and I love them.
