I reached out to Lenz Alter, via email, about my broken glasses. A member of their team responded almost immediately with a solution. I was offered a new pair at the cost of shipping($13)… I received my order within a week. 100/10 Would recommend Lenz Alter to anyone needing frames. My favorite pair so far. I love them! They’re beautiful, sparkly & look completely different than my old pair (Amelia E in Black on glasses USA.com - I have a review over there too). I love the green💚 💚 , it’s very different for me. I also have the green photochromatic option. They fit perfectly, a lot more snug than my previous pair. These are great, and so pretty. Matches my faces, and makes my “eyes breathe” when I don’t feel like wearing my other glass frame which is much more narrow than this one.

I have never received so many compliments over a pair of glasses. Everyone always asks me where I get my fun frames from and I always refer them to lensalter. They fit my face perfectly and they’re not heavy at all. I see through them perfectly. My husband picked them for me and he was absolutely obsessed with me wearing them all the time.

Great quality. I've always had a hard time with frames fitting my face properly, most of the time they where not wide enough and would hurt. These fit perfect, tight enough that wont slip but loose enough that they don't hurt my ears and temples
